Adam Rose believes lawyers are in a unique position to make a difference. After beginning his career as a prosecutor, Adam saw how many people facing criminal charges were underrepresented and realized he could make a greater impact as a defense attorney.
That same drive led Adam to personal injury law. He has seen how easily insurance companies can take advantage of injured people and values the opportunity to advocate for clients who might otherwise be left to navigate those systems alone.
Adam brings substantial trial experience to The Collin County Law Group. He has tried more than 300 criminal and civil cases, ranging from DWI to first-degree murder, and has defended clients in both state and federal court. He has also represented hundreds of clients in personal injury matters.
Adam began developing those courtroom skills at the Bowen School of Law, where he captained the national trial team, worked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and externed for a federal magistrate judge.
Adam knows that one of a client’s greatest concerns is simply not understanding what happens next. His first advice is often simple: breathe. He’s there to answer questions, explain the process, and ease the uncertainty.
Adam believes every client is entitled to three things from their attorney: communication, honesty, and respect. These values drove Adam to join CCLG, as he knew firsthand of the firm’s reputation for strong client advocacy and professionalism in the courtroom.
Originally from Plano, Texas, Adam has strong ties to the Collin County community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Nora, traveling, playing hockey, and entertaining friends and family.
