As we close out 2015 and open 2016 please be careful. Not everyone on the roads will be sober. Some may be sending 2015 to its grave with too much remorse, while others welcome 2016 with gusto.

If you do imbibe too much and encounter law enforcement, remember your rights. You do have to identify yourself. You do not have to submit to any chemical or physical tests. Additionally, regardless of the officer’s insistence you have the right to an attorney during any questions and I highly recommend availing yourself of that right.
