I hired Jon O’Toole to represent me in a felony charge case! During the whole process he was VERY communicative every step of the way! I knew exactly what to expect before every court date! He was able to talk to the prosecutor, DA, and/or judge and get my felony dropped to a class A misdemeanor with absolutely no jail time! The ONLY small thing that happened negatively was he was late to court one time, due to him having another court at the same time as mine, however, he was in constant communication with my court and let them know ahead of time that he would be late while also his office keeping me in the loop as well! I HIGHLY would recommend Mr. O’Toole to anyone!
